We're looking for a versatile, solutions-driven professional to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and has experience in project management, coordination, estimating, system design, or low-voltage technologies.

Position Overview

This is an in-house position based out of our Irvine office. While the majority of responsibilities are office-based, travel to customer sites will be required for project meetings, site surveys, coordination, and to support successful project execution.

What You'll Do

• Manage local projects from kickoff through closeout.
• Coordinate schedules, labor, materials, subcontractors, and customer communication.
• Gather, procure, and stage parts and materials to support field technicians.
• Develop proposals, scopes of work, bills of materials, and project estimates.
• Review drawings and assist with system design.
• Work closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Support service requests and help maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Track project progress, budgets, and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the continued growth of the company.

What We're Looking For

• Experience with project management, project coordination, design, estimating, or service coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience reviewing drawings and preparing proposals and scopes of work.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with field technicians, vendors, and customers.
• Comfortable visiting customer sites as needed for meetings, site walks, surveys, and project support.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry experience in structured cabling, audiovisual, networking, security, or other low-voltage systems.
• Experience with project management and coordination.
• Experience developing estimates, bills of materials, and system designs.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam and AutoCAD is a plus.
• Experience with ConnectWise is a plus.
• Familiarity with reading construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience working in commercial low-voltage environments is highly desirable.
• Must be exceptionally detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy in all aspects of work.
