Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour, depending on experience
Shift: 7:30am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday

About this Opportunity:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized and dependable Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join a team in Blaine, MN. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods into and out of the Warehouse. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will ensure that all shipments are processed accurately and in a timely manner. This position is crucial for maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting overall operational efficiency. Duties split 65% Shipping - 35% Receiving.
What You'll Be Doing:
Accurately receive and locate incoming Purchase Orders
Accurately pick and pack items for shipment according to order specifications.
Operate Forklift safely to move products within the warehouse.
Manage shipping and receiving processes, including verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders.
Maintain organized stock areas to facilitate easy access and inventory control.
Assist in order fulfillment by preparing orders for delivery
Perform basic math calculations to verify quantities and ensure accurate inventory records.
Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve efficiency within the warehouse.
What makes you a great fit:
Strong longevity in prior positions.
Proficiency in picking packing techniques with a strong focus on accuracy
2+ years of previous experience in Shipping and Receiving
Forklift experience is preferred, we will certify the person
Hazardous Shipping: Not Required but helpful
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Basic math skills for inventory verification and order processing
