Business Development Manager
Lower Mainland, BC | Permanent | Base Salary + Commission

Fuze HR is recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing facility services company, that is looking to add an experienced Business Development Manager to its Vancouver team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional who enjoys building new business, developing long-term client relationships, and closing commercial service contracts. If you're motivated by autonomy, uncapped earning potential, and the opportunity to make a direct impact on a growing business, we'd like to hear from you.
What You'll Do
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities throughout the Lower Mainland.
  • Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, strata managers, and commercial real estate professionals.
  • Generate and secure new facility services contracts.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and networking through proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Prepare and submit RFP responses, proposals, and quotations.
  • Maintain accurate client and pipeline information within the company's CRM.
  • Attend networking events and industry events to build relationships and generate new business.
  • Stay informed on market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of successful business development or outside sales experience.
  • Experience selling facility services or other business-to-business solutions is required.
  • Proven ability to generate new business through cold calling, networking, and relationship building.
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating with the broader team.
  • Valid BC Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Existing relationships within commercial real estate, property management, or facility management are considered a strong asset.
