Introduction
A Plant Vehicle Team Engineer has several responsibilities associated with analyzing and improving the Quality of the vehicles. This role requires a dynamic individual who can handle multiple tasks and work closely with various teams to ensure the highest quality standards are met.

A Plant Vehicle Team Engineer has several responsibilities associated with analyzing and improving the Quality of the vehicles. This role requires a dynamic individual who can handle multiple tasks and work closely with various teams to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Client Excel for analyzing data to identify warranty patterns and trends.
- Experience with CAD to assist in root cause analysis by loading related parts and viewing interfaces with applicable parts.
- Design experience and problem-solving skills in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work directly for Artech on W2.
- Prior work experience in the automotive industry.
- Automotive experience.
- Strong communication skills for making presentations to upper management.
- Experience leading engineering trials and implementing running changes for sub-systems.
- Review incoming warranty claims data daily, categorize claims, and contact dealerships for parts and repair diagnoses.
- Participate in customer call-backs to ensure proper understanding of customer inputs in quality surveys.
- Investigate plant floor issues to identify root causes and develop corrective actions.
- Support assembly plant with Stop Ships/Stop Builds, Campaigns, Audits, Root Cause Analysis, and other quality issues.
- Maintain sub-system or Vehicle Functional Group (VFG) level quality documents and drive the achievement of quality targets.
- Engage technical experts and functional team members to drive resolution and develop corrective actions to improve product quality.
