Job description

Since 2008, National Real Estate Insurance Group (NREIG) has been committed to providing specialized insurance solutions designed specifically for the real estate investment industry. Through our insurance Program, we deliver superior client support and services, client inventory control, and efficient billing systems to residential real estate investors across the United States. With a focus on providing simplification to the property protection processes, NREIG has grown to service individual investors, conglomerates, bulk REO holders, wholesalers and lenders representing more than 140,000 locations in all 50 states. The insurance Program our clients enjoy was built on ease-of-use, accommodating all occupancy phases of investment property (vacant, rental or undergoing renovation).
We’re looking for a dynamic and energetic System Administrator (Origami), to join the team. If you meet the basic qualifications and are all about offering world-class client service, we want to hear from you!
The System Administrator is the main point of contact and Origami subject-matter expert at NREIG; and keeps this centralized system secure, updated and running smoothly.
Essential Functions
  • System Maintenance: install, configure, and enhance the operating system (Origami).
  • User Management: manage user accounts, permissions, passwords, and access rights.
  • Troubleshooting: diagnose and engage vendor and/or fix system issues and software errors.
  • User Support: help associates solve day-to-day technical problems and create basic knowledge base documents.

Basic Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Amazing attention to detail within a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate across the organization
  • Technology proficiency and command of Microsoft O365
  • 5+ years’ hands-on experience working with enterprise applications
  • Expertise in operating systems, such as Origami
  • 4-year degree in a relevant field
  • Certifications in Azure a plus
  • Must be located in KCMO Metro area
