As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will own end-to-end delivery of GenAI solutions, rapidly designing, coding, and deploying production-grade AI agents in real customer environments, and feeding those learnings back into the Amdocs core platform.
What will your job look like?
  • Own the full technical mission - from customer discovery and problem framing through production deployment
  • Design, code, and deploy production-grade GenAI agents and MVPs in short execution cycles.
  • Work hands-on with LLMs, agentic workflows, orchestration layers, and enterprise data systems
  • Integrate GenAI solutions into large-scale, real-world enterprise platforms and workflows
  • Act as the bridge between field deployments and core R&D, driving reuse and productization of successful patterns
  • Collaborate as part of a global Forward Deployed Engineering team operating across Israel, India, and the United States

All you need is...
  • 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI / LLM-based systems and complex enterprise-scale system integration
  • Strong active coding skills in at least one backend language (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js)
  • Proven ability to deliver working production systems under tight timelines
  • Comfort operating with high autonomy, ambiguity, and evolving requirements
  • Ability to work directly with customers and translate business problems into technical solutions
  • Background in client-facing ML/AI roles spanning R&D, architecture, product, delivery, and integration is an advantage
  • Bachelor's or master's in computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship. We are unable to sponsor any work authorization now or in the future for this position.
