We are hiring - Client Advisor Supervisor – Nights – Alpha  

Starting Wage

• Salary: The starting salary for this position is $21.00-$23.00 per hour, depending on experience.
• Differential: 8% shift differential for overnights position.

Job Type

• Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Schedule

• Standard Hours: Overnights (11pm-7am - variable depending on schedule of 4-10s or 5-8s).

Training

• Orientation: Alternatives provides thorough orientation and training for all new staff. You can expect a one-week orientation, where you will learn all about Alternatives and be prepared for your role. This first week is scheduled from 9 AM to 5 PM at our Alternatives Training Center.
• Training week: Following orientation, you will undergo a one-week training period to be prepared for your new position, this will continue the 9am-5pm schedule. After concluding your first two weeks, you will the move into your offered schedule.

To be a successful Client Advisor Supervisor, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

• Experience in corrections, law enforcement, and/or social services, with a background in supervising employees.
• Education: High School Diploma (Undergraduate degree preferred).
• Licensing: Valid driver’s license.
• Compliance: Ability to pass a federal drug screening and background check.

What You Will Do in This Position:

As a Client Advisor Supervisor, you will oversee operational functions during your assigned shift. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Lead and direct employees during assigned shifts.
• Oversee all areas of the security department.
• Assist the Operations Supervisor and serve as a backup when necessary.
• Guiding and training employees.
• Facilitating staff development.
• Administering disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensuring all required security functions are completed within specified timeframes.
• Upholding SOPs and policies at all times.
• Attending and leading meetings as assigned.

PTO

• Increased Accrual with Tenure: Accrual rates increase at 3 years, 5 years, and every subsequent 5-year mark, up to 25+ years.
• Pro Rata Basis: Accrual rates for employees working 20-30 hours per week are on a pro rata basis.
