Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $30-$32/hr

Job Summary:
This role involves investigating and resolving complex financial and fraud-related inquiries for merchants, requiring a keen eye for detail and strong analytical capabilities. You will be responsible for mitigating risk by identifying fraudulent patterns and making informed decisions. Additionally, you will de-escalate stressful situations with empathy and professionalism, while meticulously documenting all actions and contributing to process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct deep-dive investigations into merchant accounts to resolve fraud alerts.
  • Analyze financial data to identify and mitigate risk patterns.
  • Professionally de-escalate challenging customer situations.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of investigations.
  • Collaborate to report new fraud trends and suggest system optimizations
Must-Have Skills:
  • Proven experience in fraud prevention or financial risk management.
  • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Strong customer service and empathetic communication skills.
Industry Experience:
  • Experience in financial risk management, fraud prevention, payments processing, banking operations, or fintech is highly preferred.
