Job Title: Application Support Engineer
Location: Glendale, CO
Type: Direct Hire
Job Description:
Client located Glendale, CO is seeking an Application Support Engineer for a direct hire position. This person will ensure the availability of applications for internal and external users. This person will work to resolve issues in the queue and assist in releases to install, configure, troubleshoot and maintain proprietary applications that are in development, QA, production and UAT environments. 
Required Skills:
1) Application support and/or system-level support (three+ years).
2) Active Directory.
3) Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
4) IIS 7 or higher - conceptual knowledge and familiarity with configuration options.
5) Ability to create and run simple queries in SQL Server.
6) Windows Server support experience (2008 and higher).
Desired Skills:
1) Editing XML documents.
2) Knowledge of SharePoint.
3) Experience with applications deployed over a Citrix environment.
4) Mortgage experience.

Qualifications

Required Skills:
