Job Description Utility Worker - Enid, OKThis is a full time, hourly position.Position Summary:Manufacturing experience, mechanical skills and aptitude preferred. The plant operates 24 hours per day and successful candidates must be willing to work shifts, weekends and holidays as necessary. You may be asked to perform other tasks or assigned other duties, not included in this list, which management deems necessary.

Job Responsibilities: The Utility position responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:The ability to lift and move objectsStand for long periods of timeAbility to climb ladders/stairs, work with heights and perform confined space entryBe safety orientedAble to work in a variety of environmental conditions, such as hot and cold temperatures and a dusty environmentForklift driving experience is helpfulWatch for and report all safety issuesFollow all GMP and HACCP policiesEffectively communicate with co-workers and supervisorsADM requires the successful completion of a background check.REF:108745BRBase pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
