We’re looking for an outgoing, motivated Bilingual / Spanish Speaking team player to join our Fall River Pawnbroker & Jewelry at our Acushnet Ave, New Bedford store as a Pawnbroker / Sales Associate!

    Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist customers with loans, purchases, and sales
  • Build relationships and provide excellent service to new and returning customers
  • Help customers understand product options and make confident decisions
  • Meet store sales and service goals with support from your team
  • Accurately handle cash and transactions
  • Keep the sales floor engaging by showcasing and demonstrating products along with other actions around the store as needed
  • Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service, retail, or sales (preferred but not required—training provided)
  • Friendly, approachable, and able to connect with people from all walks of life
  • Confidence in negotiating and problemsolving
  • Motivated to reach goals while always putting the customer first
  • Comfortable handling cash and doing basic math
  • Spanish speakers encouraged to apply!
