Pledge Financial Services is growing fast, and we’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help lead our Bears Trading Post Location.
This is more than retail — every day, you’ll work with a wide variety of customers, help them find solutions that fit their needs, and support a team that thrives on energy and teamwork. As the right-hand to the Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the store runs smoothly, keeping customers happy, and helping your team grow.

· Lead daily store operations and keep things running smoothly

· Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
