Job description

Job Summary:
Acushnet Company is known for its iconic golf brands and values excellence and innovation. As an IT Site Administrator, you will support the technology infrastructure, ensuring the reliability and performance of systems while coordinating projects and providing technical support.
Responsibilities:
• provide technical support for mission-critical systems
• ensure the reliability, security, and performance of desktop, server, and network environments
• maintain corporate technology standards
• coordinate infrastructure projects
• install and upgrade hardware and software
• support business continuity initiatives
• implement high-availability solutions
• manage change control activities
• provide 24x7 on-call support as needed
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical support role supporting mission-critical systems
• Experience supporting desktop, server, and enterprise infrastructure environments
• Proven project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities and initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience installing, upgrading, patching, and maintaining hardware and software systems
• Knowledge of system backup, security, monitoring, and compliance best practices
• Ability to work effectively with vendors, business partners, and cross-functional technology teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and commitment to meeting business needs
• Demonstrated ability to build collaborative working relationships across the organization
• Willingness to participate in a 24x7 on-call support rotation and support a continuously operating computing environment
Preferred:
• MCSE certification preferred, but not required
