Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
• deliver expert technical support across all layers—from hardware to application—for our critical business systems
• ensure optimal performance, reliability, and availability through diligent system monitoring, upgrades, and maintenance
• collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to design scalable, redundant infrastructure
• implement software and OS upgrades
• support disaster recovery planning
• provide Level 2 and 3 support
• assess new applications
• lead installations in both test and production environments
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a technical support role for mission-critical applications.
• Strong project management and service orientation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build cooperative working relationships.
• Commitment to meeting deadlines in a 24x7 computing environment.
