The inspector will be responsible for documenting findings and maintaining accurate records to support quality assurance processes. • Document inspection results and maintain detailed records for quality control purposes.
  • Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Skills:

The required skills are essential for the daily tasks of a Quality Control Inspector, as they directly impact the accuracy and reliability of inspections. Proficiency in final and first article inspections ensures that products are thoroughly evaluated before they are approved for distribution. The use of micrometers and optical comparators allows inspectors to measure and verify the precision of machined parts, which is critical for maintaining quality standards. Document control skills are necessary for maintaining organized records of inspection results, which support compliance and traceability. Additionally, visual inspection skills enable the inspector to identify defects that may not be measurable, ensuring a comprehensive quality assurance process.
