Full time Regular
ACRT is currently seeking an innovative, professionally minded, results orientated candidate to support and interface with Utility Vegetation Management Program and personnel. This position will help expedite the Vegetation Management Program needs in terms of work flow scheduling, reporting, invoicing, handling customer inquiries, and supporting VM program arborists, line clearance vendors, as well as utility personnel. This position offers the opportunity to support utility systems performing database management and supporting the needs of the UVM program. This is a hybrid role, working remote and in office and may require minimal amounts of business-related travel.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Strong keyboarding skills
  • Experienced in Microsoft office suite with strong Excel skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Invoicing Experience
  • Must be comfortable learning new computer programs quickly
  • Experience troubleshooting and managing data issues
  • Must be self-motivated, an independent thinker, organized and possess strong time management skills
  • Must be available in for extended hours and weekends in time of need

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge utility line clearance programs and utility vegetation management experience
  • Database management experience
  • Experience with ArcGIS
  • Spanish/English Bilingual
  • ISA Certified Arborist
