ROLE SUMMARY:

TheDirector ofStrategy and Financeis responsible formanaging the delivery of Company-defined strategic initiativesandfinancial activities of theCutwater business. The Director of Strategy and Financeworksindependently under the loose general guidance of theGeneral Manager.This role is vital to the continued growth of Cutwater Spirits, a USpriorityMegabrand.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own the national FP&A routine for Cutwater Spirits, including the monthlyforecastingprocess, performance reviews, risks and opportunities (R&O) tracking, and the path to EBITDA delivery. Lead the annual 1YP/3YP planning cycle, building the roadmap to top- and bottom-line targets for thefastest growingspirits business in theUS. Bring a sharp eye touncoveringP&L risks early and surfacing opportunities that others miss.
  • Serve as the finance lead for Cutwater's local supply and operations organization, workinghand-in-handwith the Director of Operations andbroaderOperations and Logistics teams.Vital inhelping the supply team tell the story of site performance - translating operational metrics, efficiency gains, cost variances, and expansion investments into a clear narrative for BU leadership and the broader AB organization. Build andmaintainvisibility on operations finance KPIs, support capacity and expansion planning, and ensure supply chain decisions are grounded in rigorous financial analysis.Partner with theinnovationsteam tosupport P&L development.Partner withthe larger AB finance and control organization.
  • Partner with thehome market commercial team to drive performanceandsupportkey initiatives.Support national commercial and sales strategy by partnering with Beyond Beer sales on portfolio prioritization, providing guidance toRevManteam on total US Cutwater revenue management,supporting development of innovation pipeline & OBPPC, driving home market initiatives and performance analysis, and tracking S&M spend and CORES delivery.
  • Own ad hoc analyses for the GM, SLT and Beyond Beer BULeadership Teamas they relate to priority Cutwater projects.Ensure tracking and monitoring are put in place for each business-critical project and have regular meetings to review their performance.
