As a Behavior Technician,ย youโllย work one-on-one with children, helping them build communication, social, and problem-solving skills using evidence-based ABA techniques. Ifย youโreย empathetic, motivated, and excited to make a difference, this could be the perfect fit.ย
Whatย Youโllย Doย
- Provideย 1:1 ABA therapyย in our centers or in home-based settingsย
- Reinforce positive behaviors using techniques from ourย industry-leading training programย
- Track client progress using aย company-issued iPad and data systemsย
- Collaborate with families and supervisors to support each childโs growthย

Schedule & Hoursย
This is aย part-time role, starting at approximately 15 hours per week, with opportunities to buildย additionalย hours based on availability and business needs.ย
Available schedule options include:ย ย
Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pmย
Monday/Wednesday/Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Tuesday/Thursday 8:00am-4:30pmย
Whatย Weโreย Looking Forย
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping childrenย
- Strong communicationย skills with both children and caregiversย
- Sound judgment in dynamic situationsย
- A desire for a meaningful, hands-on careerย
Experience working with children is a plus, including backgrounds such as camp counselor, nanny, preschool teacher, paraprofessional, teacherโs aide, or childcare volunteerโbut all applicants are welcome.ย
Whatย Youโllย Needย
- High school diploma or GEDย
- A passion for supporting children and familiesย impactedย by autismย
- Comfort using tablet-based technologyย
- Reliable transportation, in state valid driverโs license*, and active car insuranceย
*Military and college students may be exempt for in State Driver's License - Availability during times most needed by familiesย
- Commitment to completing ourย paid virtual RBT training programย
Physical Requirements:ย ย
Direct work with clients may include, without limitation, the following physical demands: sitting, kneeling, squatting, running,ย twistingย and turning, reaching above shoulders and/or frequent physical transitions.ย Responsibilities listed are illustrative and may change at ACESโ discretion.ย

*The pay scale provided is the hourly wage range ACESย reasonably expectsย to pay for clinical work (i.e., direct treatment services)ย performed by team members in the position. ACES pays a different rate for non-clinical work (i.e.,ย trainings, travel time, meetings,ย etc.) performed by team members, which is paid atย 10.00/hour.ย ย
