Position Title:Â Front Office Administrative AssistantÂ
Location:Â Bellevue, WA
Hours:Â Full-time
Pay Rate:Â $20-25 per hour, depending on experienceÂ
What We Do:Â ACES is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals and families impacted with autism and other developmental disorders. We provide comprehensive ABA therapy in homes, schools, and communities throughout the United States.Â
What You'll Do:Â Serve as a high-quality customer service concierge, including but not limited to:Â Â
Greeting clients in a professional and friendly mannerÂ
Directing inquiries via phone and emailÂ
Maintaining client files, managing special projects, and providing general admin support for clinical staff Â
Maintaining office needs and supplies Â
Auditing and ensuring complete and accurate records for Clinical Director Â
Working within Theradriver to reschedule client/staff appointmentsÂ
What We're Looking For:Â
Experience in administrative and/or customer service roles preferredÂ
Energetic self-starter with superb organizational and time management skillsÂ
Professional and friendly communicator, can listen well and ask the right questionsÂ
Tech-savvy and highly proficient with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite Â
Flexible multi-tasker who can find the needle in the haystack, even if they weren't told to look for itÂ
