Job Summary

This position will play a key role in driving Commercial deposit growth, Treasury Services and deepening business relationships within Lake Trust. Provide leadership to treasury sales team, collaborate with Commercial lending team and member engagement leaders. Build relationships with new and existing commercial and small business members; expand relationships and uncover needs. Cultivate and grow business relations and own a portfolio. Ongoing review and evaluation of treasury products and services for deepening of relationships and expansion of program. Analyze treasury products and services for expansion of delivery channel for Lake Trust. Deliver growth goals in commercial deposits and treasury channel.

What You’ll Do
  • Leadership of Treasury Engagement Team and development of team.
  • Oversee the strategic direction, development, and execution of the treasury management program and services.
  • Manage Treasury Portfolio with ongoing growth in depth of portfolio, deposit growth, and treasury product growth.
  • Own key business relationships and attract new business accounts with ongoing deepening of relationships within a portfolio.
  • Ensure onboarding satisfaction of Treasury members and follow up for ongoing relationship.
  • Ensure operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and strategic alignment between sales goals and service delivery, acting as a key liaison between relationship managers, e‑services, treasury sales/operations, and the commercial team.
What You’ll Bring

  • Knowledge of Commercial and Treasury product offerings.
  • Knowledge of member satisfaction analysis.
  • Knowledge of credit union regulations, products, policies, procedures, and services.

Education, Training, Experience, Certifications and Licensure
  • Bachelor degree in business, finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Five to seven years of progressive experience in Commercial Business Development and sales and/or Treasury Management.
  • Significant level of trust and diplomacy.
  • In‑depth dialogues, conversations, and connections with members and non‑members – gaining trust and understanding of needs and opportunities.
  • Five years of leadership experience in leading and managing a team.
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Accredited ACH Professional designation preferred and/or formal Commercial credit training.
  • Planning and organization – set priorities and define actions, time and resources needed to achieve goals.
  • Networking within business organizations and exploring business channels to expand exposure.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel up to 25%.
