i9 Sports offers youth sports leagues, camps, and clinics for kids ages 4-14 in today's most popular sports such as flag football, soccer, basketball, volleyball, and baseball. With our focus on fun, safety, convenience, and good sportsmanship, i9 Sports is reinventing the youth sports experience for families across the country. It's the way youth sports should be.
Job Summary
The Site Manager is responsible for providing a superior i9 Sports Experience and overseeing the game-day operations of a venue. This individual must be high-energy, organized, and have strong problem-solving skills. Ideal candidates will have experience working with kids and a desire to learn sports management. We are a customer service-oriented company so those who have had experience "Wowing" customers have a leg up on the competition. This is a part-time position, and applicants must be available on weekends.
We are currently hiring for the Fall season at the following locations:
  • Jeanne Hansen Park (Saturday afternoons): 9/12-10/24
  • Mount Si High School (Sunday mornings/afternoons): 9/13-10/25

Responsibilities
  • Field set up and breakdown for soccer (JHP) or flag football (MSHS) games
  • Manage/supervise part-time staff members and volunteer coaches
  • Supervise the overall operation of a venue including programs operating on schedule
  • Demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values
  • Organize game day equipment and ensure the cleanliness of the venue
  • Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills (Email, text, verbal, written). Responsiveness is critical.
  • Sports officiating, playing or coaching experience is a must.
  • Enthusiasm, strong work ethic and trustworthiness.
  • Situational awareness, attention to detail and critical thinking.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Commit to working for the full duration of the 7-week season.
  • Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check.
  • Must have reliable transportation and be dependable. We do not tolerate callouts.
  • Must be able to transport soccer gear (JHP only).
  • Must be CPR certified (paid training provided)

Compensation: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
