- 2+ years of experience operating industrial process equipment in a refining, chemical manufacturing, petrochemical, smelting, metal reclamation, aerospace manufacturing, or advanced manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience operating production equipment to meet established process specifications, quality standards, and production targets.
- Ability to monitor process conditions, interpret operating data, and make process adjustments to maintain safe, stable, and efficient operations.
- Experience identifying and responding to process deviations, alarms, and abnormal operating conditions while minimizing downtime and maintaining production continuity.
