As an Outfitter, you are the heart and sole (pun intended!) of the Fleet Feet experience. Your mission is to deliver exceptional service while recommending gear and products that help customers achieve their goals-no matter what their finish line looks like.
You'll be part of a dynamic, high-energy team that values relationships and thrives on making a difference in the lives of others. By listening closely, learning proactively, and offering personalized solutions, you'll play a key role in building lifelong customers and creating an unforgettable in-store experience.
Qualifications:
