We're Hiring: Psychiatric Research Site Manager 


Are you a proven clinical research leader ready to make an impact in cutting-edge neuroscience and psychedelic research?


Segal Trials is seeking an experienced Psychiatric Research Site Manager to lead operations across our West Broward research sites. This is a unique opportunity to combine operational leadership with hands-on study management while helping shape the future of innovative psychiatric research programs.


In this role, you will:

🔹 Lead daily site operations and develop high-performing teams

🔹 Drive participant recruitment, enrollment, and retention

🔹 Ensure GCP, FDA, and protocol compliance

🔹 Partner with sponsors, CROs, and cross-functional teams

🔹 Manage study timelines, KPIs, and operational performance

🔹 Improve workflows and scale site operations for future growth


We're looking for someone with:

✔️ 5+ years of clinical research experience

✔️ 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience

✔️ Strong knowledge of GCP and FDA regulations

✔️ CNS/neuroscience experience required

✔️ CCRC or CCRP certification preferred
