Compensation:

$80 - $85 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Prescribe and manage medications, ensuring optimal therapeutic outcomes for each patient.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and support.
  • Engage in ongoing patient education, empowering individuals to take charge of their mental health.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress.
  • Participate in regular case reviews and team meetings to enhance service delivery.
  • Stay informed on the latest psychiatric research and integrate evidence-based practices into care plans.

Qualifications:
  • Florida APRN License – Nurse Practitioner
  • PMHNP-BC Certification (ANCC)
  • Active Florida RN License
  • DEA Registration (or DEA Eligible)
  • Prescriptive Authority for Controlled Substances
  • Psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, medication management, and treatment planning

We have over 40 full-time, W-2 employed counselors and psychiatric nurses working Monday–Friday with no evenings or weekends.
