Qualifications and Skills:

  • You must be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Able to take instruction and guidance

Responsibilities and Duties

  • You will take/input orders
  • Make change and conduct credit card transactions
  • Move pretzel products into the warmer and maintain food times
  • Serve customers in a timely manner
  • Bake trays of pretzels
  • Keep a well-stocked and sparkling clean Register, Baking or Rolling area

Pay

  • $8.00 to $14.00 depending on experience

Crew Member Pay ScalesCrew members perform all duties to keep the store running in a friendly and efficient manner. Crew members must be outgoing and engaging with customers and be able to work as a team with all other employees.

  • Shift Leader– $12 to $14 per hour
    • Lead and direct crew for entire shift
    • Experts at all store positions, especially rolling.
    • Able to run store without oversight
    • Guide and help train new employees
    • Responsible for the cleanliness and overall presentation of the store.
    • Count the drawer and close.
  • Crewmember 2 – $10 to $12 per hour
    • Extensive in-store or other relevant experience.
    • Ability to perform the duties of all positions in the store.
  • Crewmember 1 – $8 to $10 per hour
    • Entry level crew position
    • No Experience required
    • Responsibilities include serving customers, product preparation, general cleaning, and dishwashing.
