Essential Duties:
As a Manager one of your top priorities is to create an environment that encourages the development and growth of each of your team members. This role is responsible for supporting and supervising the team across all functions and ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to provide a seamless guest experience each day. You are responsible for the entire operation of the restaurant from ordering product, writing schedules, developing a team and delivering an excellent guest experience each and every day just to name a few.
Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities may change from time to time. You will be expected to work about 45 hours on average per week supervising and pacing your team. Meeting/exceeding the budget, maintaining high standards, time management/organization, and the success of your relationships with other management personnel will be evaluated among other things for your position.
