NIGHT AUDITOR at the RUSTY PARROT LODGE


About the Position

The Night Auditor acts as Manager on Duty and plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of a renowned lodge during the nighttime hours. Primary responsibilities include overseeing guest check-ins and check-outs, reconciling daily financial transactions and maintaining security protocols to ensure the safety of our guests and property.


Qualifications and Skills

As Night Auditor of an iconic lodge, you excel with minimal supervision, ensuring guest safety, property security, and smooth operations throughout your shift. With your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and customer-focused mindset, along with previous hospitality experience, you effortlessly handle front desk operations, reservations, financial reconciliations, and various guest services. Your reliability, integrity, and proactive problem-solving approach makes you a valued member of our team, contributing to unforgettable guest experiences.


Core Responsibilities

  • Facilitate smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Manage room assignments and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Provide personalized recommendations and book activities or adventures to enhance guest satisfaction.
