Job description

Parrot Realty is looking for a Real Estate Inside Sales Agent to join our expanding team. This position is centered around following up with warm online leads, many of whom are already engaging with our listings and marketing. You will be responsible for connecting with prospective buyers and sellers, building rapport, identifying their needs, nurturing them through consistent follow-up, and setting appointments that help drive company growth. We are looking for someone who is personable, goal-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering an excellent client experience while improving lead conversion.

Compensation:

$42,500 + bonus


Responsibilities:
  • Respond quickly to warm online leads from Parrot Realty’s listings, marketing, website inquiries, and digital platforms
  • Build rapport with prospective buyers and sellers through calls, texts, email, and CRM follow-up
  • Qualify leads based on timeline, motivation, financing, and readiness
  • Set and confirm appointments for agents and ensure a smooth handoff
  • Keep accurate notes and maintain an organized CRM database
  • Create and follow efficient lead follow-up systems so no opportunity is missed
  • Use technology and automation tools to improve organization, consistency, and conversion
  • Manage multiple leads and conversations at once while staying organized and responsive
  • Meet goals for contact, appointments set, and lead conversion
  • Represent Parrot Realty professionally as the first point of contact for new clients 

Qualifications:
  • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • +1 year of real estate sales experience
  • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
