Overview

At Parrot Key Hotel & Villas, every detail shapes the guest experience. From beautifully maintained guestrooms and villas to welcoming public spaces and tropical surroundings, our Housekeeping team plays an essential role in creating the relaxing and elevated atmosphere our guests expect.

We are seeking an experienced, service-driven, and hands-on Housekeeping Manager to lead daily housekeeping operations and inspire a culture of excellence, accountability, and teamwork. This leader will oversee cleanliness standards, team performance, operational efficiency, and service execution while ensuring every space reflects the quality and hospitality that define the Parrot Key experience.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-4 years of Housekeeping leadership experience in a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment preferred
  • Previous experience managing housekeeping operations, room inspections, scheduling, and team performance
  • Strong leadership and team development skills with the ability to motivate and engage employees
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards while balancing operational demands
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience managing labor productivity and departmental expenses preferred
  • Knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning practices, sanitation procedures, and safety standards
  • Experience with hospitality systems and Microsoft Office preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or business-related education preferred
