Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the Purple Parrot restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest service, efficient workflow, and adherence to company standards. This role involves supervising staff, managing resources, and maintaining a positive dining experience.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise and train Purple Parrot staff, including servers, bussers, and hosts, ensuring adherence to service standards, policies, and procedures.
 Monitor and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring timely and accurate service.
Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory control, and workstation assignments.
 Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as company policies.
Assist with scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions for Purple Parrot staff.
 Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any food quality or preparation issues.
Monitor and control inventory of supplies, communicating needs to management as required.
 Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Operate point-of-sale (POS) system, process payments, and reconcile daily transactions.
 Act as a leader and role model for staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Job Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a full-service restaurant or hospitality environment.
 Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service skills with a proven ability to resolve guest issues effectively.
 Thorough understanding of restaurant operations, including POS systems, inventory management, and food safety regulations.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
 Demonstrated ability to train, motivate, and manage a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
 Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Must adhere to all appearance standards, including but not limited to no "visible" tattoos/piercings or unnatural hair colors. *
