Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Clackamas, Oregon.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
  • BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
  • Oregon PTA license required.
  • Home health experience required.
  • CPR certification required.


Assignment Details

  • Schedule: M-F 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
  • Coverage area includes Multnomah and Clackamas counties.
  • Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient.
