Job description

Finance Specialist

Location: Onsite – Houston, TX

Job Responsibilities

  • Review and reconcile Accounts Receivable (AR) records.
  • Process Accounts Payable (AP), including invoices, freight, customs duties, petty cash, and employee expense reports.
  • Prepare and process payments through U.S. banking systems.
  • Manage company bank accounts and assist with cash management.
  • Support other accounting and finance tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of accounting, finance, treasury, or related experience.
  • Experience with multinational companies, foreign banks, or the electronics manufacturing industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
  • Willing to travel as needed
