About the Role
The COOL company, a next-generation Supply-Side Platform (SSP), is expanding its global publisher partnerships team across several key international markets.
We are looking for publisher development professionals with strong local publisher relationships and a deep understanding of programmatic monetization. This role is focused on identifying, onboarding, and growing premium publisher partnerships across web, mobile app, and CTV inventory.
As a Regional Publisher Development Manager, you will own the full publisher partnership lifecycle, from prospecting and outreach to commercial negotiations, onboarding coordination, and long-term revenue growth.

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Identify and onboard premium publishers within your assigned region
  • Build relationships with publisher owners, monetization teams, ad ops teams, and programmatic decision-makers
  • Lead outbound prospecting, discovery calls, partnership discussions, and commercial negotiations
  • Educate publishers on the value of our SSP, direct demand relationships, and monetization capabilities
  • Work closely with account management, ad operations, and technical teams to ensure smooth integrations and successful launches
  • Manage onboarding timelines and partner communication throughout the integration process
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and CRM tracking
  • Grow long-term publisher relationships focused on revenue performance and retention
  • Represent the COOL company within your regional programmatic ecosystem

Qualifications
Professional Competencies
  • 1+ years of experience in publisher development, SSP partnerships, programmatic advertising, or ad tech business development
  • Strong understanding of SSPs, header bidding, Prebid, and publisher monetization strategies
  • Existing relationships within local publisher and ad tech ecosystems preferred
  • Experience onboarding or managing publisher partnerships is highly preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable navigating both commercial and technical conversations
  • Proven ability to close and grow publisher partnerships
Education
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Software Skill Set
  • CRM platforms (HubSpot or similar)
