Job Description
As an independent consultant with SemperGROW, your creative thinking, management, analytical and leadership skills will be put to work to assist clients transform their organization and/or processes. You will be an agent of change. No two engagements are the same, but some of the areas in which we are seeking expertise include:

Additionally, as an independent consultant you will:
  • Research client organizations and their industry. Conduct interviews and focus groups, facilitate workshops, management teams and other stakeholders.
  • Identify potential issues, establish proposed solutions, translate data into useful insights, work closely with key decision makers
  • Develop plans to implement recommendations, manage the execution and move clients to take action.

Qualifications
General qualifications include, but may not be limited to:
  • Bachelors degree, MBA, Certifications or other related experience in field
  • Experience in consulting, starting a business other similar environment

Additional Information
LOCATION: THIS POSITION IS AVAILABLE NATIONWIDE.
his position is an independent contract position. Selected consultants will be added to our roster for future projects.
In cover letter, please outline experience, what you're looking for in an organization to work with and expected hourly, daily and weekly rates as an independent consultant.
If selected, prior to work, all independent consultants will be required to complete and sign appropriate non-disclosure agreements.
