Haden's Lawncare, LLC is seeking a Hardscape landscape crew member to help deliver high-quality outdoor installations and landscape results for residential and commercial clients.

Position Summary

The Hardscape landscape crew member will support the installation of hardscape and landscape projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, taking pride in craftsmanship, and collaborating with a crew to meet project goals.

You will assist with site preparation, material handling, and installation tasks while following established procedures and safety expectations. Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn will help you grow into more advanced responsibilities on the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with hardscape and landscape installations including site preparation, layout support, and basic installation tasks.

  • Perform hands-on work such as lifting, carrying materials, operating basic jobsite equipment (as assigned), and maintaining clean work areas.

  • Follow crew instructions and project specifications to ensure consistent quality and proper completion of assigned tasks.

  • Support safe jobsite practices by using required protective equipment and adhering to safety procedures.

  • Help load and unload materials, organize tools, and ensure vehicles and equipment are maintained in good working condition.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and handle physically demanding tasks.

  • Willingness to learn and follow direction from crew leads and supervisors.
