To thrive as a Hardscape Manager, you need expertise in landscape construction, project management, and knowledge of materials and installation methods, often supported by a degree in landscape architecture or construction management. Familiarity with CAD software, project scheduling tools, and safety certifications like OSHA are typically required. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills help coordinate teams and liaise with clients effectively.
