Job description

As a Service Technician, you'll be the face of Mountain West in the field by inspecting, repairing, and replacing parts on windows and doors at customer locations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Diagnose and repair Marvin windows and doors in the field, including glass replacement and installation of components like shades, screens, and hardware
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience by educating homeowners on product care, operation, and maintenance
  • Complete service documentation, coordinate follow-ups, and communicate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution
  • Manage parts ordering, job site walkthroughs, and final quality checks before project completion
  • Maintain your service vehicle, tools, and daily job readiness while adhering to all safety standards
  • Collect payments as needed and support overall service operations, including occasional training of new team members

What You’ll Need:

  • Ability to lift heavy items
  • Field technician experience
  • Pass criminal background check, MVR check, and drug screening (including THC)
  • Valid driver’s license (must meet fleet safety requirements)
