Equity Cash Offer is actively seeking an experienced and results-driven Disposition Rep to lead our sales efforts. In this role, you will leverage your exceptional negotiation skills to engage sellers, real estate agents, and investors, ensuring profitable property transactions.


Job Description: Disposition Sales Rep

Department: Disposition  

Job Location:  Plano, TX
Travel Percentage: 25-50%

Job Type:  Full Time/Onsite

Job Shift: M-F (8-hour shifts)

Pay: 100% Commission

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with investors and investors partners.
  • Involves negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions, researching, and sourcing new buyers, and negotiating with buys on properties to sell inventory.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for each property.
  • Manage multiple listings simultaneously.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to sell properties quickly and at the best possible price.
  • Identify potential buyers and build relationships with investors, real estate agents, and other professionals in the industry.
  • Attend networking events, conferences, and other industry-related events to build professional relationships and generate leads.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
  • Conduct thorough market research to gain insights into local real estate conditions and refine deal strategies.
