The Opportunity

What You'll Do
  • Build and expand client relationships through strategic outreach, networking, and consultative engagement.
  • Lead client discovery meetings to assess needs and align consulting resources.
  • Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Advise clients on market trends, workforce planning, and talent strategies.
  • Represent Taylor White at industry events and networking functions.
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive long-term engagement and revenue growth.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal best practices.

Who You Are
  • 5+ years of experience in public accounting or accounting advisory/consulting required.
  • CPA or similar credential preferred.
  • Strong communicator with a passion for building relationships.
  • Consultative mindset with a drive to create value for clients.
  • Comfortable engaging with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with high initiative and entrepreneurial spirit.
