Job description

We're looking for an experienced Consumer Product Marketing Manager to drive product marketing for Meta AI, our personal AI assistant. In this role, you will lead complex cross-company initiatives and help bring innovative new AI experiences to people all over the world across our apps and devices including the Meta AI app, meta.ai, Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp and Reality Labs.This role sits on our central AI Marketing team and covers inbound, go-to-market and outbound product marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for driving audience and market insights, influencing product strategies, crafting positioning and messaging and leading fast-moving go-to-market efforts that increase awareness, engagement and adoption. This is a highly cross-functional role that will partner closely with other PMMs and teams across the company. If you are a strategic product marketer who is analytical and creative, has a bias for execution, has experience leading complex projects in fast-paced environments and is passionate about AI, then we'd like to connect with you.
Consumer Product Marketing Manager, AI Responsibilities:
  • Influence and shape product strategies, positioning and narratives through the use of data and insights for target audiences in close collaboration with research, product, comms and policy
  • Develop and execute on complex go-to-market strategies including goals, success metrics, asset development and integrated launch planning with cross functional partners across the company
  • Partner across the PMM, brand, marketing and channel teams on outbound marketing strategies and campaigns to drive awareness, adoption and long term engagement
  • Tackle complex problems with a strategic mindset, and create thoughtful recommendations and action plans for solving those problems

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Experience crafting GTM strategies based on consumer driven insights
  • Experience with consumer-facing product launches and consumer campaigns
  • Deep understanding and/or active use of consumer AI products
  • Experience driving presentations with executives and cross functional teams
  • Experience with 0-to-1 products in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
  • Project management experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
  • Internet, technology or generative AI industry experience
  • International experience, such as launching products in global markets, to support Meta AI's worldwide go-to-market efforts
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  • Copywriting experience
