The practice operates onsite, allowing for hands-on interaction with patients and collaboration with a team of qualified professionals. Our clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and tools to support the delivery of acupuncture and other complementary therapies.

• Conduct detailed one-on-one acupuncture consultations and provide tailored treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
• Facilitate group acupuncture sessions, allowing multiple patients to benefit from acupuncture in a supportive and community-focused environment.
• Perform acupressure techniques as needed to augment patient treatment and comfort.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient visits in the electronic medical record (EMR) system, including treatment plans and follow-up care.
• Engage in patient education efforts, providing information about the benefits and applications of acupuncture for a variety of health concerns.
• Work with outpatient populations primarily, while also having the potential to collaborate with hospitalized patients in need of acupuncture therapy.
• Assist in other related duties as assigned to contribute to the efficient running of the clinic.

• A minimum of two years of experience in acupuncture, demonstrating proficiency in techniques and patient care.
• A valid acupuncture license in the state of New York, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited acupuncture program recognized by the Accreditation Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (ACAOM).
• Strong interpersonal skills combined with a commitment to professionalism in all aspects of patient interactions and communication.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to connect with patients and provide a supportive environment.
• High proficiency in both verbal and written communication skills, tailored to effectively educate and inform patients and staff.

While two years of experience is required, candidates with demonstrated experience in community acupuncture settings or integrative health environments are encouraged to apply. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and the ability to adapt to new technologies will be advantageous in this role.
