This role will operate in an outpatient office setting, ensuring a dynamic and patient-centered environment. As an Acupuncturist, you will interact directly with patients, working in a facility designed to promote comfort and healing. • Conduct comprehensive examinations and assessments of patients to formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize acupuncture techniques, including local acupuncture for acute injuries, electro-acupuncture, cupping therapy, and trigger point acupuncture, tailoring methods to patients' unique needs.
• Clearly explain treatment procedures to patients, ensuring they feel informed and comfortable throughout their care journey.
• Collaborate with specialists and healthcare teams to deliver integrated treatment approaches, enhancing patient outcomes.
• Engage in continuous education and mentorship within the team, contributing to a culture of growth and development.
• Maintain punctual and efficient treatment schedules, respecting patients' time and fostering a smooth flow of services.
• Document patient progress accurately and update treatment plans as necessary, ensuring clear communication of changes to patients.

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in acupuncture practice.
• A Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in a relevant field, demonstrating foundational knowledge in acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine.
• Strong diagnostic skills to effectively differentiate pathologies and develop tailored treatment strategies.
• Excellent communication abilities to interact with patients and collaborate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Willingness to participate in educational outreach programs for staff and the broader community.

• Certification or expertise in a specialized area of acupuncture.
• Continuing Education Units (CEUs) in sports medicine acupuncture or dry needling are highly valued.
• Familiarity with medical billing and insurance processes to enhance patient experience and clinic operations.
• Adeptness at multitasking and effective time management to handle patient caseload efficiently.

This position offers an hourly rate between USD 20 and USD 75, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with potential bonuses based on performance. We believe in rewarding dedication and excellence in patient care.
