You will provide disease-area leadership for CVD across ASEAN. The role supports sales enablement, KOL development, government and cardiovascular society engagement, and strategic clinical partnerships in priority markets. The ASEAN Cardiovascular Clinical Segment Lead partners with regional Clinical Leads, Global Business Areas, ASEAN Zone Business Areas and countries to strengthen clinical credibility and commercial success in the cardiovascular-focused market across ASEAN.

The role will be based either in Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand or Vietnam.

Your Role:

  • Business Development: Lead initiatives to grow our position in cardiology markets and promote early detection and intervention strategies for CVD.
  • Clinical Credibility: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cardiovascular disease science and management; represent the company in discussions with clinicians, hospital executives, and government stakeholders.
  • Sales Enablement: Translate clinical insights into actionable messaging for Account Managers; deliver training to help sales teams open clinical conversations confidently.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with cardiac key opinion leaders, and clinical partners to enhance visibility and influence.
  • Reference Site Development: Identify and nurture lighthouse projects and reference sites that showcase our impact in CVD end-to-end.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Product Sales Executives, Scientific teams, and Zone Business Area Heads to align efforts and maximize clinical-commercial synergy.
Your Expertise:
  • Clinical background (e.g. radiographer, cardiac technician, sonographer, nurse) with strong understanding of cardiovascular pathways.
  • Proven experience in clinical sales or sales support within imaging or therapy modalities.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience working across hospital systems and navigating complex decision-making environments.
  • Proven ability to delivery profitable business growth.
  • Required travel: 60%
