Overview

As Consultant at Arthur D. Little you will take ownership for the delivery of important parts of the assignment under coordination and supervision of your case manager.

Responsibilities

The Consultant's role includes:

  • Take front-to-end accountability for a number of business analysis projects that you structure and complete with minor senior guidance
  • Build compelling presentations conveying key messages in a clear way
  • Present your recommendations with poise and confidence to senior audiences
  • Assist other members of the team to ensure successful delivery

In addition to this, you will get the opportunity to contribute to the development of the office by taking on responsibility in the internal office organization.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of four(4) years of combined work experience in management consulting & industry
  • Outstanding academic achievement from top-tier universities. MBA from a reputable business school preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams to solve problems under pressure in a demanding environment
  • Experience in devising and implementing business strategies involving quantitative analysis, market research and performing primary & secondary research
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, broad industry knowledge and sharp business acumen
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive and team-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills in English. Proficiency in another ASEAN language is an advantage such as Thai, Vietnamese, Malay, Indonesian (Bahasa) and Filipino (Tagalog)
  • Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia and beyond for team and client meetings
