Sales Director - Enterprise

We're seeking a driven, results-oriented enterprise sales professional to develop and grow a strategic portfolio of high-value accounts across North America. This is a true hunter role, focused on creating demand, building pipeline, winning new business, and delivering measurable revenue growth.

You'll engage senior decision-makers within complex organizations, lead consultative sales conversations, and navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes to position Loqate's solutions as critical to your customers' business success. From prospecting through negotiation and close, you'll own the full sales cycle and serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients.

You'll play a key role in expanding GBG's enterprise footprint while building lasting customer relationships and uncovering opportunities across our broader portfolio of data, identity verification, fraud prevention, and location intelligence solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is motivated by the challenge of opening doors, solving complex customer problems, and winning strategic enterprise business.

What you will do:

  • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting through close—with clear accountability for results
  • Build and execute strategic territory and account plans across targeted enterprise accounts
  • Generate and convert pipeline through proactive outreach, multi-threading, and executive engagement
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders (VP, SVP, C-level), multi-threading across complex buying groups
  • Lead consultative sales processes—articulating clear business value and aligning solutions to customer outcomes
  • Consistently exceed revenue targets through new logo acquisition and expansion
  • Partner cross-functionally (SDRs, Marketing, Product, Solutions, Legal, Customer Success) to win and grow accounts
  • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility, forecasting discipline, and CRM hygiene
  • Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities across Loqate and the broader GBG portfolio, including Identity and Fraud solutions

  • Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding quota in complex enterprise environments
  • Proven ability to build pipeline and close multi-stakeholder deals with senior decision-makers
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and deal execution skills
  • Executive presence with the ability to communicate business value clearly and credibly
  • Highly driven, self-starting operator with strong ownership and accountability
  • Effective collaborator—able to work cross-functionally to move deals forward

Highly desirable experience:

  • Selling data quality, Master Data Management (MDM), or address verification solutions
  • Experience in Identity Verification (IDV), fraud prevention, or risk solutions
