We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven Vice President of Fleet Operations to lead all aspects of fleet strategy, maintenance operations, vehicle lifecycle management, asset performance, and fleet compliance across our operation.

This executive leadership role is responsible for ensuring fleet reliability, optimizing vehicle utilization, strengthening maintenance programs, improving operational efficiencies, and supporting the long-term growth of the organization. As a key member of the leadership team, you'll develop and execute fleet initiatives that support safety, cost control, service excellence, and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities of a Vice President of Fleet Operations: Executive Leadership & Fleet Strategy
  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all fleet operations and maintenance functions.
  • Develop and execute fleet strategies that support safety, reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.
  • Establish performance objectives and accountability measures that drive fleet effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on fleet utilization, vehicle readiness, maintenance performance, and cost management.
  • Serve as a key advisor to executive leadership regarding fleet planning, capital investments, and operational strategy.
  • Ensure alignment between fleet initiatives and organizational growth objectives.
Fleet Operations & Asset Management
  • Oversee fleet maintenance, vehicle acquisition, replacement planning, and lifecycle management.
  • Develop strategies to maximize vehicle availability and minimize downtime.
  • Monitor fleet utilization, asset performance, maintenance schedules, and operational readiness.
  • Standardize fleet processes, maintenance procedures, and best practices across the organization.
  • Implement programs that improve vehicle longevity, reliability, and overall fleet performance.

Maintenance & Performance Optimization
  • Lead maintenance teams responsible for preventative maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and vehicle inspections.
