What you’ll be doing:

As a Car Wash Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized car wash lot, ensuring smooth operations. Your role is essential in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the overall efficiency of the operation.

  • Welcome customers to the vacuum area, assist with inquiries and provide information about available services.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot, including sweeping, picking up debris, and ensuring that signage is visible and in good condition.
  • Inspect customer vehicles to ensure the highest wash quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction and encourage them to leave Google reviews if pleased with the service.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, actively identifying and addressing potential slip or trip hazards to maintain a safe environment for both customers and staff.
  • Collaborate with team members, including Tunnel Operators and management, to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
  • Assist in tracking and reporting inventory levels for supplies, such as cleaning materials and signage, to management.
  • Restock towels as needed and maintain a clean, trash-free facility.

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or automotive environment is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Able to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions, including rain, snow, and sun.
