In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of experienced professionals in the zoning industry. Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive research on zoning laws, regulations, and restrictions
  • Interpret zoning maps, codes, and ordinances
  • Prepare and submit zoning applications and documents
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local municipalities

Requirements
