As a fully licensed EMI (FCA reference number 927920) and a Principal Member of Mastercard, we offer real-world financial solutions that include:

  • Global card processing
  • Digital wallet infrastructure
  • Cross-border merchant accounts
  • Alternative payment methods (APMs)
  • Corporate accounts for legal entities

We’re a fast-growing team with a passion for innovation, security, and scalability. Our culture values curiosity, collaboration, and impact - and we’re looking for talented professionals who are ready to shape the future of fintech.

About the role:

We’re looking for an experienced Zoho CRM Systems Analyst and Administrator to transform business requirements into reliable, scalable CRM solutions. You’ll collaborate with teams across the organization to design processes, configure and maintain Zoho CRM, develop automations using Deluge and AI-assisted tools, manage data and reporting, and build integrations with external systems. This role is ideal for an analytical, hands-on problem-solver who can turn complex needs into effective solutions and support them from initial design through ongoing improvement.

Key Responsibilities: Zoho CRM Administration
  • System Configuration & Customization: Set up and tailor Zoho CRM modules, fields, layouts, and workflows to align with business processes
  • User Management: Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and ensure data security and integrity
  • Automation Implementation: Build and maintain workflow rules, assignment rules, blueprints, and approval processes using Deluge scripting, supported by AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to speed up implementation
  • Data Management: Oversee data migration, cleansing, deduplication, and regular audits to maintain data quality
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Create and manage reports and dashboards to provide insights for various departments
  • Training & Support: Provide training sessions and ongoing support to users, ensuring effective utilization of Zoho CRM features
Third-Party Integrations
  • Integration Design: Analyze integration needs with external systems and design the data flow and logic before building anything
  • Integration Development: Implement integrations between Zoho CRM and external applications using APIs, webhooks, and custom functions, using Deluge and AI development tools to accelerate delivery
  • Monitoring & Maintenance: Regularly monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements as needed
Requirements & Solution Design
  • Requirements Gathering: Partner with sales, support, compliance, and operations teams to gather and document business requirements
  • Solution Design: Translate business needs into clear functional designs — modules, fields, layouts, workflows, and process logic — before any configuration begins
  • Process Consulting: Recommend the most effective way to implement a requirement within Zoho CRM, weighing out-of-the-box configuration against scripted automation
Qualifications:
  • At least 3–5 years of experience as a systems/business analyst or Zoho CRM administrator, with a strong track record of gathering requirements and translating them into working CRM configurations and integrations
  • Proficiency in Deluge scripting, and comfortable using AI development tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to design, write, and debug scripts and automations faster
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and webhooks
  • Knowledge of the OAuth 2.0 protocol for secure integrations
  • Familiarity with Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, and other Zoho One applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn ambiguous business needs into a concrete, workable solution
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience running requirements-gathering sessions across multiple stakeholders and teams
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian
Nice to have:
  • Experience with other programming languages such as Python or PHP
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
  • Exposure to the Zoho Developer Console or building custom extensions/widgets (not required for this role)
What We Offer:
  • Opportunity to shape the future of fintech solutions within a growing company
  • Collaborative, horizontal team structure that values your expertise and ideas
  • Continuous learning and development opportunities to enhance your skills and career growth
  • Competitive salary and benefits package
